My response to Meghna's Poem

I found a poem in Space #3 by Meghna.

I enjoyed reading To My Mother… because it’s a like a daughter to mother poem and I really liked it.

One part that stands out for me is: “She consoles me and enlightens me making me understand what life is She lays her warm hands over me her love is something I can’t miss” I think this is beautiful because I can’t live without my mother. I love her so much. My mother is one of the most important thing in my life and its hard for me to be without her.

Another sentence that I liked was: “Someone with whom I can never part!.” This stood out for me because like I said I can’t live without my mother. She’s there for me in the bad and the good times.

I look forward to seeing what Meghna makes next, because this poem is very good. And to me this poem I think she wrote it for people could understand what a mother is and how it important a mother is. I also think she wrote this song thinking of her mother and maybe talking about the relationship with her mother.

I found a poem in Space #3 by Danielle.

I enjoyed reading “Darkness” because it sounds good and also because I like the way the person wrote it, it really sounds good.

One sentence that stands out for me is “this could be heaven” I think this is attractive because people would like to know how heaven is and its probably not dark.

Another part that I liked was: “I try to wake up, but my eyes won’t open.” This stood out for me because that kind of happens to me. I really think it do I don’t know if is dreaming but I be wanting to open my eyes but they don’t open.

I look forward to seeing what Danielle makes next, because just by reading this poem it looks like she sure knows how to write poems good. I think she did a real good job writing this poem.

I found a poem in Space #3 by Patricia.

I enjoyed reading this poem because it is good and it has to do with love.

One sentence that stands out for me is “Love is the greatest and worst” I think this is truth because love could be bad and sometimes it could be good. I think that there are times where people enjoy love and sometimes they don’t because it’s maybe bad or good.

Another sentence that I liked was “Love and life are like best friends that whisper secrets about you.” This stood out for me because I have best friends that I care about so much. Love doesn’t only have to do with couples it is also about friends and much more.

I look forward to seeing what Patricia makes next, because reading her poem really interested me and I would like to read more of her poems if she has more. I wish that I could write poems like she did it was really good. I think that she enjoyed writing this poem.

How do we stop Pollution?

The way that I think people could stop pollution is by being more cleaner and start recycling and stop throwing garbage in the streets because that’s bad. All the air that we are breathing outside is polluted and that’s bad because people could get sick. I think that’s the main reason why people get sick a lot because the air we are breathing is polluted wit bad things. Some ways that pollution could be stopped is by maybe start walking a little bit more and stop using cars because the smoke that comes out the cars goes into the air and then the air gets polluted. Some other ways is also by the smoke that comes out the buildings. There are lots of things that causes pollution. All that polluted air the we breathe could affect our body and maybe more than that. Pollution causes global warming and that’s not good because just like it causes global warming it could cause anything else bad that could effect our world. I think people should care more and care about our earth and think about what would be like if our earth is clean and if pollution ended.

Pollution should be stopped because its bad for our earth and for people.
Something I think people don’t know is that pollution could be stopped. One way that pollution could be stop is if people get together and help each other to protect our earth and our environment. I think that is a very good idea for people to get together and work things out and stop pollution and also other things that are caused by pollution like global warming. It’s very important that pollution stops and that we take care of our earth and our environment if people don’t want nothing to happen.

- The reason why I chose this quote is because I found it interesting. And also because in my opinion I think that it’s good that Hillary is rasing money becasue I think that money is needed to become President it’s very important.

My Weekend

This weekend was enjoyable. I enjoyed it alot it was kind of bores but I still enjoyed it. I enjoyed it because I went shopping and my baby cousin Kedwin that is only one month slept over my house because his mom was going out. I was excited because I love that little boy so much. I wouldn’t mind at all to take care of my baby cousin Kedwin. One thing is I won’t do it everyday because I would get tierd because baby sometimes cry alot especially when they want their milk or if they feeling sick. One thing I hate about baby is when they cry alot I can’t stand that. Thank god that Kedwin doesn’t cry alot he just starts getting mad when people don’t give him his milk. I also went shopping with my mom my aunt my little sister and my cousin. I had a little bit of fun only because they bought me some stuff. That’s what I like about shopping when people buy me stuff….I LUVVVVVVVVVVV AVENTURA….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a poem in Space, Issue #2 by Veronica O.

I enjoy reading the poem because it sounded good.
One {sentence/part} that stands out for me is “{I am my mothers perfume in the morning my uncles colon at noon}”. I think this is very good sentnce because it actually ryhmes and sounds good. I really like it.
Another sentence that I liked was “{I am from my cousins
Alize, Shantel, Moises and more}.” This stood out for me because it’s good to get along with your cousins and family.
I do agree with Veronica O that I am from my mother asking hey Vero how was school today? “‘What did u do when you got home?” One reason I say this is because parents ask things like that.
I look forward to seeing what Veronica O makes next, because its really good the way she wrote the poem. I really enjoyed reading it.

Will I Pass The 8th Grade?

Right now what I am thinking about is if I’m going to pass the 8th grade and if I’m going to graduate. I’m not that worry because I have the feeling that I’m doing good in all my classes. Education is very important to me because I care and ill get so mad and sad if I fail. I already failed one time and trust me it’s not good to repeat grade.I wouldn’t want that to happen again.

Why do we go to school? The reason why we go to school is because we need to get an education in life and in order to get an education we have to go to school to learn. Kids learn all things that has to be learn in math, science, social studies, English and more. Going to school is very important.

AVENTURA is my favorite artist. I like them alot. I really enjoy listening to their music. I think that if I get the opportunity to meet them I would scream of happiness. Im a big fan of AVENTURA. In my opinion I think AVENTURA is the best. I don’t care what people have to say.

I found a video in Space, Issue #2 by Riley, Matt and Mike.

I liked it “Dora,” because it was funny and interesting.

One part that stands out for me is when they were trying to find clues like in the real show. I think this is funny because the way that they were acting it was funny.

Another part that I enjoyed was when the characters were working together to find things. This stood out for me because it’s nice to see how people work together.

I do agree with Riley, Matt and Mike that video was good. I really liked the fact that they used clay it was good.

I look forward to seeing what Riley, Matt and Mike makes next, because it really got my attention and I was watching it like it was really the Dora show.

I am thinking about what’s going to be like in highschool. I wonder if it’s going to be harder. Another thing thats in my mind is graduation and senior trip and if it’s a good trip that we are going to. Im excited to go because I want to go to a place that I never been to. I want to experience new things. I hope that when we go it’s fun. I want to have lots of fun with my friends.

I had a little bit of fun during my break. I was happy because I got to spend time with my baby cousin Kedwin which was just born. I love that baby so much. I also went out with my cousins we had fun. The most important thing I wanted to do while break was sleep and I did. I slept all I wanted. There were probably two or one day I had to wake up early because I had to go somewhere. This break wasn’t that boring like I thought it was going to be. I actually enjoyed it alot.

When I was in 5th grade I was so excited because I was going to graduate. I was happy and sad at the same time. The reason why I was sad at the same time was because I was going to leave all my friends. I I miss them. I miss all the fun times we had. It was so sad to see how we all were graduating and leaving. One of the saddest thing was when we graduated and most of us were crying and we all hugged each other that was so nice I love to remember old things.

When I was younger I use to have lot of fun in 2nd grade. I still do though. I think that elementary school was kind of more fun for me because I used to laugh so much and have lots of fun with my old friends that I kind of miss a lot. But now it’s we are all growing up i probably don’t recognize all of them maybe some. I had the best of the days when I was in elementary school. I wish I had like a machine that I could go back in the days and pass through all those fun times I had.

I REMEMBER my first day in kindergarten. I was excited but at the same time I wasn’t because I missed my mother and father. When I was in kindergarten I didn’t talk for nothing that’s how shy I was. I spend the whole day in school with out talking. Once I started getting use to it I started talking to my friends and to the teacher. I also liked to go to school it was fun for me because I got to be with my friends and talk to them. Every morning I was excited because I wanted to go to school. I had so much fun.

Three of my memories that I think seem to connect with each other are the ones I wrote about 5th grade, Kindergarten and 2nd grade. The reason why I think these memories connect is because the three of them have to do with when I was younger and was in different grades. They also have to do with the memories I have about the old days. Now I’m older and I am in a higher grade. Now I have learn a lot of things that are important now and days.

I like to have fun with my friends.
I have lots of friends
but I hangout the most
with Flordalis, Ashley and Arlene.
we are always together we are best friends.
We have so much fun in our own way.
We make jokes on the fact
that we each have a favorite artist
we make fun of them.
we also make fun of each other.

Arlene favorite artist is called Arcangel
we make fun of him and we call him iguana.
I love to make fun of Arlene a even though
she gets mad sometimes
but she knows it’s playing around.
Ashley loves DJ Flex
we make fun of him because he’s ugly
and because he got purple lips.

Flordalis likes Wisin Y Yandel
we don’t really make fun of them
but sometimes we do because when they
sing some songs they scream like if people were death.
I love Aventura. They make fun of them but
I don’t really care because in my world they are the best.
We are for friends that are always together.

We have our ways to be. Arlene is the one from the group
that has anger problems and screams and hits people for no reason
but it’s funny because the way she acts.

Ashley that girl just talks to much
sometimes I get annoyed and she talks loud.
Flordalis she looks quiet but trust me shes not quiet at all.
She looks so innocent. In my opinion I think
Flordalis is the shortest we argue playing around
about whose the shortest. I am kind of dramatic and loud
but I like being like that its just me.
All I could say if that I love being with my friends.
I am very proud to have three wonderful friends that are nice
and that I care about.

I chose this question because it really interested me. Theres a lot of things that are happening in this world and pollution is one of the main things that is happening. Pollution is not good at all because it affects the earth. For example throwing garbage in the floor affects the earth and also the smoke that comes out the cars and other stuff affects the earth because people breath and when they breath they are breathing all that polluted hair and thats bad because the air is polluted and breathing that bad air affects your body and people could get sick and die.I want to know when pollution would stop. In my opinion I think that pollution wont stop because some people in this world don’t really care. I believe that maybe in the future it might change. Pollution is the main reason there is global warming. Pollution kills trees and trees have oxygen that we need. I hope that at least someday in the future the pollution stops.

Pollution is bad for the earth because it causes global warming and because all the polluted air people breath it and its dangerous because the air is bad and it could get people sick and people could die.
